Great post! Indeed, making money online is not as easy as it seems. It requires determination and hard work.

Recently i've stumbled upon a Free eBook and it has helped me to make some money since and i thought you might be interested. You can write a review of it to share with readers if you find it useful :)

(Instant download the Free eBook through my link, no opt-in required!)

Best,
Sidnee.

Comment on E-Junkie vs Clickbank for Selling E-books by Jenn

I'm also an affiliate with them, but haven't sold anything through them. Right now I have two potential issues that make e-junkie seem like the better option:

1. I want to be able to offer coupon codes, and e-junkie as that built-in. I don't think I can do that through Clickbank.

2. I don't want an affiliate program until the product's been out for a month or two (same for all subsequent products in the series, b/c I have direct access to a large segment of my target buyers for the initial launch sales). I haven't seen a way to use Clickbank to sell a product without making it available to affiliates, and would prefer not to have to change sales platforms after that initial period.

On the other hand, it seems to be more hands-off in managing an affiliate program with Clickbank, whereas when I'm ready for that I'd have to deal with payouts and such manually I believe with e-junkie.

This is why it's such a frustrating choice. And why I'm glad the e-book's taken much longer than expected! :)

Every one should take the online marketing is serious. The more serious to treat your project, the more likely you’ll stick with it in the long run. Thank you for giving this information.

I'm an affiliate with Clickbank. IMHO Clickbank would be better as they have a complete army of affiliates. It should work out well with a good product and salescopy.

Dru, that's a good question, but probably a bit too much to delve into in a comment. So later this week, I'll try to work in a post on how to test your Web copy, so I can go into it for you in a bit more depth. :)

Hey Jen,
Love the blog. OK, I get that testing is important, but how do you do it? How do you set up a split test so that half of your traffic goes to one page and half to another?

I am a complete newbie... does it show?

Thanks
Dru.

There are so many good and cheap hosting sites out there nowadays; I don’t think anybody can use the excuse that they can’t afford to self host. Self hosting is the only way to publish your blog, there are way to many pitfalls and negatives to go with the free option
